SECTION 5A - LIMITED EDITION PRODUCTS & WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

 


Each Mezcalenciaga product is part of a limited-edition release. Quantities are fixed, handcrafted, and will not be restocked once sold out.

All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure quality and authenticity.


Minor variations in stitching, texture, embroidery color, or packaging are inherent to handcrafted production and do not qualify as defects.


By purchasing a Mezcalenciaga item, you acknowledge and accept the following conditions:

 

  • All products are sold “as-is”, with no guarantee of future availability or restock.

  • Returns or refunds are only accepted under the official Mezcalenciaga Refund Policy and require prior written approval.

  • Items damaged due to wear, sunlight, moisture, sweat, or improper storage will not be considered defective.

  • Any attempt to initiate a payment dispute (“chargeback”) without contacting Mezcalenciaga first constitutes fraud and will be legally pursued.

  • We reserve the right to refuse orders or permanently block accounts that demonstrate abusive behavior, fraudulent claims, or repeated refund requests.

  • Mezcalenciaga is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by shipping carriers once the product has been dispatched.

  • Customers must provide clear photo evidence when submitting a claim for damage or defect. Claims without photographic documentation will not be reviewed.

  • Mezcalenciaga retains the right to update materials, adjust shades, or modify details without prior notice, maintaining overall design integrity.

 


All disputes shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, with exclusive jurisdiction in its competent courts.
