Mezcalenciaga Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide 🌍 — from our hands to your head, tracked and verified.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase.
- Once shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Please make sure your shipping address is 100% accurate before placing your order.
Mezcalenciaga is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Orders cannot be modified, cancelled, or rerouted once they’ve been processed or shipped.
Shipping Times

Domestic (China): 5–10 business days
- International: 21–30 business days (depending on location and customs clearance
Shipping times are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to customs inspections, local courier capacity, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. These delays are beyond Mezcalenciaga’s control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
Customs clearance times and import regulations vary by country. The buyer is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by local authorities.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow our official channels to stay updated.
All shipping fees are non-refundable, even in cases of refused, returned, or unclaimed packages.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order:
- Contact the local carrier or delivery service immediately with your tracking number.
- Check with neighbors, building staff, or mailrooms, as packages may be signed for or stored nearby.
- If you still can’t locate it, email hola@mezcalenciaga.com and include your order number, tracking number, and full delivery address.
We’ll do our best to assist — but Mezcalenciaga is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered shipments once marked as delivered by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for shipments confirmed as delivered.
Damaged or Missing Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
All damage claims are reviewed individually and approved only if verified as a carrier or warehouse issue.
Items showing signs of use, wear, or customer handling are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in our product prices and are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
Refusal to pay customs duties may result in your package being returned or destroyed by local authorities.
Mezcalenciaga is not responsible for such outcomes and no refunds will be issued for orders refused or seized due to unpaid import fees.
Address Errors & Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, unclaimed parcel, or refusal to pay customs duties, the customer will be responsible for:
- Re-shipping costs, and
- Any return handling or customs fees charged to Mezcalenciaga.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed minus all shipping and handling costs, and only after the item is received back in its original, unused condition.
Fraud & Chargebacks
Submitting a false claim of non-delivery or an unjustified chargeback after tracking confirmation is considered fraudulent behavior.
We reserve the right to permanently block the customer, deny future purchases, and report the incident to payment processors and relevant authorities.
Ownership & Risk
All items become the customer’s responsibility once handed over to the shipping carrier.
By purchasing from Mezcalenciaga, you acknowledge and accept this transfer of liability.
