Mezcalenciaga Return & Refund Policy

 


We hope you love your cap — but if something’s off, here’s how it works.

We’re a small independent brand, so returns are limited and carefully handled.

 


 

 

RETURNS

 


You have 7 days from the day your cap arrives to request a return.


To qualify:

 

  • The cap must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • No odors, marks, or damage of any kind.

  • You must provide clear photos of the cap and packaging before approval.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was sent in error or is defective.

We’ll reply only if the return qualifies and provide next steps.


⚠️ Returns sent without prior written approval will be automatically rejected and not refunded.

 


 

 

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?

 


If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email hola@mezcalenciaga.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the cap and packaging.

We’ll take care of it fast — as long as it’s reported within this window.

 


 

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

 

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Used or worn caps

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Orders past the 7-day return window

 

 


 

 

EXCHANGES

 


We don’t offer direct exchanges.

Return your item first (if approved), then place a new order once your refund is confirmed.

 


 

 

REFUNDS

 


Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

If approved, refunds are issued within 30 days to your original payment method.

Rejected returns will not be refunded or reshipped.

ABUSE & FRAUD PROTECTION

 


We reserve the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive claims, or fraudulent behavior.

Repeated return requests may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases.
